HOW DOES THE WIFI ROUTER CONNECT TO THE INTERNET?
Your router will connect to any available AT&T cell tower in your area.  Signal strength will vary based upon your physical location and placement in your house, apartment or RV.

DOES THAT MEAN I MUST BE IN AN AREA WITH AT&T CELLULAR COVERAGE TO USE YOUR GOLD PLAN?
Yes it does. Before ordering, it is best for you to be certain that you have AT&T coverage at your location. CLICK_HERE to reach AT&T's coverage map. After searching for a zip code or specific address, wait several seconds for the coverage map to be completely generated.

IF I DON'T LIVE IN AN AREA WITH AT&T COVERAGE, IS THERE AN ALTERNATIVE?
Yes. We also have a relationship with Verizon. The Platinum plan uses Verizon's towers and also provides a high speed Internet connection. The cost of the Platinum plan is $140.00 per month. WHAT IF I SUBSCRIBE TO YOUR SERVICE, BUT IT JUST WON'T WORK IN MY LOCATION?
We allow 24 hours after you receive your router to get it connected and working. If there is just not a strong enough signal in your area, contact us at SUPPORT@WIFICONNECTISP.COM to notify us of the problem, return the router and receive a full refund. We will not leave you stuck with equipment or service that you can't use.

PLATINUM IS WORTH MORE THAN GOLD. DOES THAT MEAN THAT THE PLATINUM PLAN IS BETTER THAN THE GOLD PLAN?
No. Both the Gold and the Platinum plan provide the same unlimited high speed Internet connection. The difference is simply that Verizon has better coverage in many rural areas, and charges more for their service.

WHAT IS THE TOTAL COST TO START A SUBSCRIPTION TO YOUR GOLD PLAN USING AT&T TOWERS?
There is a one time activation fee of $50.00. You will need our specifically modified router at $199.99, and the first month's service at $99.95. The total cost at the time of start up is $349.94. Subsequent months of service, at $99.95, will be billed to the credit or debit card you specify when you activate the service.

WHAT IS THE TOTAL COST TO START A SUBSCRIPTION TO YOUR PLATINUM PLAN USING VERIZON TOWERS?
There is a one time activation fee of $50.00. You will need our specifically modified router at $199.99, and the first month's service at $140.00. The total cost at the time of start up is $389.99. Subsequent months of service, at $140.00, will be billed to the credit or debit card you specify when you activate the service.

IS THIS JUST A HOT SPOT, LIKE I HAVE ON MY CELL PHONE?
Not even close. A hot spot created by your cell phone, uses cellular data to connect to the internet. It is typically much slower, and is often limited, not only in the amount of data allowed, but also the speed of delivery.  WiFi Connect is a true high speed WiFi router that provides unlimited Internet connectivity for ALL of your electronic devices to link to, including your cell phone. Rather than a cellular signal, we provide an Internet connection using available bandwidth adjacent to cellular signals, although, on the same towers.

I ALREADY HAVE A ROUTER. CAN I USE MY EXISTING ROUTER RATHER THAN BUYING YOURS?
Sadly, no. To access the wireless high speed signal we use, you must use the router we can provide. However, at $199.99, our industrial home/business 4-antenna router will save you at least a third of the price of any comparable router.

WHAT IS THE GUARANTEE ON YOUR ROUTER?
Unlike any other router we are aware of, ours has a LIFETIME WARRANTY. If it breaks, due to manufacturer's defect, we give you a new one. We simply ask that you return the defective unit.

WHAT KIND OF DOWNLOAD AND UPLOAD SPEEDS CAN I EXPECT?
Speeds vary based upon the distance and line of sight to the nearest wireless tower.  We have seen download speeds of over 70 Mbps and upload speeds of 35 Mbps.  When you receive your new router, click on the speed test on our website to test your current speed. We recommend doing three tests to get a true average speed. Wireless speeds can vary over time.

WILL MY DATA USAGE HAVE ANY LIMITATIONS?
No, all data is unrestricted…! 

WILL I EXPERIENCE SLOWDOWN OF SPEED IF I USE TOO MUCH DATA? 
No, our UNLIMITED plan means just what it says.  Unlimited speeds and unlimited data, 24/7/365. We do not slow down or throttle your speed based upon some arbitrary amount of data you use. 

IS THIS ROUTER PORTABLE?
Yes, take it with when you travel.  You may have high speed wireless access at home, but can you take it with you when you leave?  Now you can! Simply plug the router into your car, truck, RV or boat 110 volt outlet, and you can have High Speed Wireless Internet available while you’re flying down the road*. If your vehicle does not have a 110 volt outlet, low cost inverters are available that plug into your cigarette lighter. They are available almost anywhere, including Walmart. 

WHAT INSTALATION IS REQUIRED? 
That’s the beauty of this router, it’s plug and play.  When you receive the router in the mail, plug it into a 110 outlet and within 5 minutes you will have High Speed Wireless WiFi available for all of your electronic devices to connect to. For the highest speeds, connect your computer with an Ethernet cable. Or, if you prefer mobility, connect wirelessly. Connect multiple devices, including computers, electronic tablets, cell phones, etc.

HOW MANY WIRELESS DEVICES CAN I CONNECT TO MY ROUTER?
Up to 10 devices.

DO I HAVE TO SIGN A LONG TERM CONTRACT?
No, our service is pay as you go, prepaid one month at a time.  Satisfaction is guaranteed…!  If you’re not happy with our service, simply notify us that you will be leaving at the end of your current month's service. Or, you can simply discontinue payment, and your account will automatically be disconnected. Either way, we will part company without assessing any penalties or additional fees.

DO I HAVE TO BUY OR PAY FOR ANY OTHER SERVICE TO SUBSCRIBE TO THIS SERVICE?
No, there is no bundling with other unwanted services.  We don’t force you to pay for unwanted telephone lines, or cable channels to receive our service.  Our service stands alone and stands above the rest.

IS THERE A GRACE PERIOD FOR MY MONTHLY PAYMENT?
No. The wireless providers we deal with are very strict, and will disconnect service immediately for non-payment.

IF MY CREDIT CARD EXPIRES AND MY SERVICE IS TEMPORARILY DISCONNECTED, IS THERE A RESINSTATEMENT FEE?
Yes. Again, this is because of the wireless provider's rules. Both AT&T and Verizon charge a $35.00 reinstatement fee if your service is interrupted due to non-payment. Please keep your credit card information current.

*You must be within range of a wireless tower.
